I've got a card over at Dare 2B Artzy today. I can't believe how quickly Easter has come. Seems like it was just Christmas, right? Well, anyway, here's some fun Easter inspiration using the Dare 2B Artzy Raggity Rabbit set!
Isn't he just adorable?!? The paper is from the Artzy Doodles collection. I love that versatile set of papers.

This month's challenge to the designers is Frame It! Put a frame on something. I decided to put a frame on a frame to create a mini dry-erase board. I purchased a frame at Ikea for $2.50 and glammed it up:
I created a Happy Frame following instructions from Els's Technique video - found here - using the Thinking About....Polinesia 12x12 paper. Love the polkadots! I created the flowers on the edge embellishment using the Color My Flowers clear stamps and coordinating dies. I colored them with Copic markers:
The opening in the frame is 5"x7", so for the inside, I stamped the n I stamped the Circles Background stamp, and then moved the paper in my Tim Holtz stamp platform and stamped it again at the bottom. It's a random enough pattern that it wasn't hard to continue it. I then colored the circles with Copic markers:
YG00, B00, BG000, R00, Y00
Here's what it looks like with a note on it. I plan to use it as my status board at work on my door.
Be sure to see all the other crafty frame goodness on the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog today!
I've got a card over at Dare 2B Artzy today - Spit Happens. Ha! Love the sentiment.
The Dare 2B Artzy alpacas make me smile. This alpaca is from the Alpaca Cake stamps and the sentiment is from Spit Happens. The paper is from the Artzy Doodles collection. I love that versatile set of papers.
Today is Els van de Burgt's birthday! The design team for Elizabeth Craft Designs is celebrating with a surprise birthday blog hop! Happy Birthday, Els! Whoop Whoop!
We hope you will join us in making Els's birthday special by dropping by the Elizabeth Craft Designs Family Facebook Group and wishing her a happy birthday. The hope started at the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog, so if you just happened upon us, you might want to head back there so you don't miss any of the fun.
Here's what I made:
To make this card, I cut two circles with the Fitted Circles dies from the Butterfly Dreams 6x6 paper. I then stamped three of the flowers from the Color My Flowers Clear Stamps and cut them with the coordinating dies. I colored them with Copic Markers: B93, B95, B97, V22, V25, RV52, RV55, R35. I used 100 lb soft Finish Cardstock for the card base and cut a background from it using the Dashing Rectangles. I cut the Happy Birthday Die three times from grey cardstock and glued them together to add dimension to the sentiment.
To further celebrate Els's birthday, from now until March 19, 2018, you will receive 10 sheets of stickers when you place an order over $25. Cool deal!
Well, now it is time to continue along the birthday hop. Your next stop is the talented and amazing Samantha!
I've got a card and tutorial up over on the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog today. It's a birthday card for my mom that I made using the cute Gift Wrapped clear stamps and coordinating dies as well as the Butterfly Dreams paper. Here's what I made:
And using the General Pop-ups Dies, I created a fun inside too:
I'm over on the Paper Nest Dolls blog today providing some inspiration for you to enter this month's challenge! I decided to make a generic card that could be used for congrats or birthday using the sweet Fairy Princess Emma digital stamp.
She just makes me smile! I colored her with Copic markers:
Any other dog lovers out there? I am and ADORE the new Puppies clear stamps and coordinating dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs. Here's what I made:
The paper is from the Simply Love 12 x 12 collection - it's not just for Valentine's! That sweet pup and her dog house are colored with Copics: E41, E42, E43, R32, R35, R37, W2, E31, E33. The doghouse (and sentiment from the General Sentiments set) were framed with a Dashing Rectangle die cut. I added a couple flags and some half pearls. Simple and sweet.
I love coloring the adorable images for Paper Nest Dolls Challenges! I'm providing inspiration for this month's challenge using the Emma with PJs digital stamp. I make holiday cards all year! I don't like to feel rushed with it, so this month, my inspiration card is a holiday one!
